Policy regarding returns

In the unlikely event of Piteri supplying your order incorrectly in any way, customers may contact us providing full details of the order date and invoice number. Piteri will try to rectify the situation as soon as possible.

Our on-line shop gives you the opportunity to return merchandise for any reason. Products must be returned within 10 working days of delivery of your order.

You can not return a jewel which is made specially for you, special colour, size etc

Objects will not be accepted as returned if it is not in its original packaging and intact.Receipt or invoice ,presents or instructions must be return too otherwise we don’t accept the return.

Cancelling an order before despatch

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we despatch it. Please contact us by e-mail or telephone . You will need to give us your name and address details, as well as your order number to cancel your order.

You can not cancel a jewel which is made specially for you.

If you cancel part of an order the postage and packaging charge is recalculated on the price of the goods you keep. For example, if your order is for 155 € worth of goods and you then cancel a 15€ item, your order total will drop below 150€, and you will no longer qualify for FREE Standard delivery.


Notification of return of merchandise

If you wish to return objects you have received, you should send an e-mail notifying us of a request to return. You will receive our reply immediately.

Piteri is not responsible for any products returned without a return authorisation (RA) identity.

Settlement of returns

Return settlement should proceed as follows:

Dispatch of a new object. The new object can be the same as or similar to the previous one, or you can select a different object from our on-line shop.

Items considered to have been mistreated or damaged through wear should not be returned as the refund will not be given.

Cost of return

Our on-line shop pays the cost of returning merchandise when: The object has been delivered in a damaged or defective state.

The object is not correct.

In all other cases, the customer is obliged to pay the cost of return
